  8. Have yourself filmed

    Whatever you do, make sure that you have someone else film it so that you can see for yourself what exactly you are doing right and what you are doing wrong.

  10. Protect yourself

    Make sure that you have all the right equipments that are needed for safety. For instance, if you are involved in some contact sport, then it is vital that you wear the right mouth guard piece as it has been proved that wearing such a piece can effectively reduce tha amount of injury by around 82 percent. If you are involve as a trainer in a gym, then it is best to make sure that you wear gloves as this can reduce the amount of strain on the hands.
